Hi! I'm Kim. Read on to understand the value I can provide to organizations and people. If you're interested in working with me, let me know!
I always have a hard time giving a one line title for myself when it comes to professional life. That might be because I'm an ENFJ. More on that later.
Let me help you understand my sweet spot. I'm best when I'm playing the Connector Role. I have the ability to think big picture and identify with and fully understand a vision and direction. I also understand how to relate to people and motivate and inspire them to do things you wouldn't even think they could possibly do. So that's where I connect - I connect the Visionary with the Executors.
I have the ability to learn fast and execute all the little details to make the vision a reality. BUT - I'm not best when doing ALL those little details ALL the time. I definitely can execute, but it's best if I don't execute everything all the time because then I don't have the time to focus on where I bring the most value.
The most value I bring to organizations is when I become the bridge between the Visionary, Owner, CEO or Executive Leader and the people doing the work. I know how to get the people who are awesome at executing things to do the work the way it needs to be done to align with the company vision.
By the way, this happens to be what most ENFJs are great at, and the fact I'm an ENFJ gives further evidence to the abilities I'm describing above.
I love connecting with idea people who are starting to get a following. For example a business owner who is starting up a business and just started hiring people who are behind the mission. If I get into an organization at that point, I will grow out the team and lead them to where the business owner wants to get.
I do this by building, managing and motivating the team, translating the language of the owner to the doers so work actually gets done and metrics are hit. In doing this I also spearhead projects and initiatives and help create process around operations so that business can run smoothly, effectively and be ready for scale.
Another example of where I provide this Connector value would be a larger organization that has a product that is used by various groups/customers. The product is already sold, but the customers need a champion, someone to motivate them to succeed with the product, help them understand where they need to go and how they can get there. Again, I'm a Connector in this situation. The product and vision already exists and the product needs to be used, understood, renewed and profitable. The customer needs guidance, motivation and support. I connect the two.
If you want to talk to me more about how I can bring value to you or your organization, don't hesitate to reach out!
